You are eligible for the member registration fee, if you are a paid-up member of dapaanz.
Your membership number will be asked during the registration process, this can be found on your registration certificate or email dapaanz to confirm the number

Full-time student / Part-time worker registration rate
Full-time student, you will need to provide proof of full-time (non-earning) student status.
Part-time work – 20 hours or less or not employed.
There are exhibition options for Not for Profit organisations, please contact us if you are interested in more details.
Notes
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
All registrations and social tickets must be accompanied by full payment.
If full payment is not received by 26 September 2025, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee.
Your credit card statement will show the payment to Composition Ltd (who process the registration fees).
Shared registrations are not permitted.
Registration cancellation and refund policy
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100.00 will be made providing notification is received by 10 October 2025, after this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for any cancelled accommodation, airfares or other related expenses for your travel to the Conference.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
